This demo uses the free software program Chime v 1.0, developed by MDLI.
Chime translates the actual molecular coordinates of a molecule (like this tryptophan) into a 3D structure.
The user can manipulate the structure using a variety of methods:
Click on the structure and drag the mouse to rotate.
Shift-click and drag the mouse to zoom.
Option-click and drag the mouse to translate.
Click and hold the mouse until a pull-down menu appears.
