A BRIEF GUIDE TO USING CHIME
This demo uses the free software program Chime v 1.0, developed by MDLI.

Chime translates the actual molecular coordinates of a molecule (like this tryptophan) into a 3D structure. The user can manipulate the structure using a variety of methods:
Click on the structure and drag the mouse to rotate.

Shift-click and drag the mouse to zoom.

Option-click and drag the mouse to translate.

Click and hold the mouse until a pull-down menu appears.

Click on a button ( ) anywhere on the page.
